1. Academic Alexander Rutherford High School Achievement Scholarship

The award is worth up to $2,500 in total. Scholarships are given to students who have a minimum grade point average of 75.0 in five selected courses in at least one grade: Grade 10, 11, or 12.

4. Keyera Energy – Peter J. Renton Memorial Scholarship
High school students who have fulfilled the criteria for high school graduation in Alberta can receive up to $6,000 ($3,000 for the first year, $3,000 for the second year).
Applicants must intend to enroll full-time in a post-secondary institution in Alberta that is accredited in a field connected to the oil and gas industry.
The deadline is May 1st.
5. Adult High School Equivalency Scholarship
Students who have been out of high school for three years and have completed an upgrading program at an appropriate Alberta institution are eligible for 200 $500 scholarships.
Academic accomplishment is the basis for this award. Recipients must be enrolled full-time in a postsecondary program.
The educational institution where they finished their upgrading program nominates recipients.

6. Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) Scholarship

7. Athletics Earl and Countess of Wessex – 2001 World Championships in Athletics Scholarship
This Scholarships in Alberta was established to celebrate the Earl and Countess of Wessex’s attendance at the 8th International Amateur Athletics Federation World Championships in Athletics, which were held in Edmonton in August 2001.
The top male and female Grade 12 track and field students will each receive a $3,000 award. 8. Maria Sava Polish Heritage Awards and Scholarships
To acknowledge the achievements of Edmonton Catholic Schools’ Jan Pawel II Polish Bilingual Program students.
Students who completed the Jan Pawel II Polish Bilingual Program in Grades 7, 8, and 9 and who are pursuing post-secondary education in any program of study are eligible for three scholarships and two grants of $1,000 each.
